Mr. Myint Win holds B.E (Mechanical) degree.

Mr. Myint Win served in the Ministry of Commerce from 1976 to 2012 and retired as “Deputy Director General”. After his retirement, he then joined Myanmar Citizens Bank Ltd. (MCB) as “Managing Director” from 2 April 2012 to 31 July 2017.

During his term at MCB, he initiated the organisation development plan by creating the MCB’s International Banking Network with GIZ, JICA (SME Loan) and other International Banks. Moreover, new banking services such as “VISA, MASTER, MCB Mobile Payment and International Remittance” were introduced and successfully implemented under his guidance. As his one of the significant achievements for the organisation, MCB set the milestone in organisation history by listing on “Yangon Stock Exchange” on 26 August 2016.

Mr. Myint Win has led his careers with proven excellent leadership and strategic management by achieving success with his exceptional performance and unique ability. He is also equipped with strong legal analysis knowledge in enabling to take the lead in formulating progress and successful strategies in accordance with the law.
